SHIPPING AND RETURN FAQ'S

DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS

Please note : we do not ship to PO
Boxes at this time.

express: 1 to 2 business days $25

Free shipping is valid in the continental United States economy option. If you choose another shipping method, regular
charges will apply. To participate, select the free shipping option displayed
at checkout.

 We do not offer weekend delivery on
express shipping options.

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 9am PT/12pm ET will ship the same business day.

All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following
business day.

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On
occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 

 Note:
Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday)
and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume.
Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number.

Shipping estimates are provided by the CARRIERS. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to
COVID-19 safety protocols or incremental weather. Sorry for the inconvenience!

You may change your shipping address immediatelly after you place an order by contacting customer service at hello@moveornot.com . Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipped as
fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to
review and can be declined following a security screening.

Not at this time. If your order
somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after
receiving your item to request a return. 

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping
charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, in sellable condition with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package to us. Items sent back without first requesting
a return will not be accepted. 

We are happy to return gifted items purchased online for store
credit as a gift card. The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, in sellable
condition with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Please
reach out to customer service with the Order Number of the original purchaser. If you’d like to initiate a gifted return, you can always contact us for any return questions
at hello@moveornot.com.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item
is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges will not be subject to the restocking fee, but customers
are responsible for shipping the item back.

Again, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, in sellable condition with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve
approved your return, please contact us at hello@moveornot.com.

Depending on the status of your
order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your
request, we recommend reaching out to us at hello@moveornot.com for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy
returns process.

Orders can be exchanged online within 30 days of delivery. Please review the Return Policy for how to
start an exchange.

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship.

To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can
be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the
additional items. Remember, shipping is free.

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise in sellable

each season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock
email alerts on the product page of the out-of-stock item.

All of our caps and visors have SPF protection.

Please, read carefully the care instructions on packaging or label
attached to the products to enjoy them for a long time. If you have any
